OSI es una banda estadounidense de metal progresivo, formada en el año 2003 por el ex guitarrista de Fates Warning, Jim Matheos y Kevin Moore de Chroma Key, quienes trabajan junto a Mike Portnoy de Dream Theater en las baterías acústicas, Sean Malone de Gordian Knot en el bajo para el primero de sus discos, Steven Wilson de Porcupine Tree en las voces para su primer disco y Joey Vera de Fates Warning en el bajo para el disco «Free». El nombre de la banda se debe a una agencia gubernamental del gobierno de Estados Unidos, ahora extinta, llamada Office of Strategic Influence (Oficina de Influencia Estratégica).
